Philosphy 

     » Develop techniques specific to facilitate development in match experiences. Live wrestling will be made  available at every session.

     » There is designed for those who have progressed through the Apex Wrestling Club. For those that have not attended, please have your HS Wrestling Coach contact Coach Bovenzi.

     » Learn technique and just wrestle with the best in the area.

     » You can join at any time. Although, it is strongly encouraged to join at the beginning of the circuit and before we reach our 60 wrestler per session limit.

Dates and Locations

    All ELITE Members have Club Practices available to them at no additional fee. Just show up!  We encourage you to   

    take advantage of the multiple locations, it is an opportunity to get new instruction and new workout partners!

April: 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29

May:  4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20

*  No Apex the week of Spring Break​
