Apex YOUTH CAMP

Philosophy
Apex Wrestling is bringing back our Youth Commuter Camp. The instructor will be RIT Assitant Coach Sean Peacock and will be assisted with former Section V NYS HS placewinners and current RIT wrestlers.
The goals of the camp are to teach and reinforce the basic skills and fundamentals of wrestling while gradually progressing into higher levels of technique. We will stress strategies and techniques that have been proven to promote fun in a physical setting while focusing on learning. Campers will be surrounded with other wrestlers of similar ability and motivation. The wrestlers will learn how to drill at an appropriate and be placed in match situations.
